Terms of Service

By using Bonaparte Blueprint ("the Platform"), you agree to use it for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is an HR operations support, policy generation, and compliance workflow tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

1. Limited license to generated materials

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials generated within your account internally within your organization. You may distribute generated handbooks and policies to your own employees, volunteers, and contractors. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access or generated materials to third parties without our prior written permission.

2. Platform independence & ownership

Bonaparte Blueprint is independently developed by Bonaparte Consulting, LLC. The Platform's branding, workflows, intake design, prompts, recommendation logic, and source code are the proprietary property of Bonaparte Consulting, LLC. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party HR software provider.

3. Nature of generated content

Content generated within the Platform is original, AI-assisted material based on publicly available HR and compliance concepts and your inputs. It is dynamically produced from modular, configurable templates and is intended as operational guidance — not a substitute for advice from licensed counsel. Attorney review is recommended before adoption or enforcement.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before implementation, and for ensuring it reflects current federal, state, local, and industry-specific requirements applicable to your organization. You will not upload content you do not have rights to use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the Platform, scrape its outputs at scale, or use it to develop a competing product.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. No warranties

The Platform and all generated materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Bonaparte Blueprint aims to provide helpful operational guidance and compliance support, we do not warrant that generated materials will be error-free, complete, current, or suitable for every organization or jurisdiction.

Employment laws and regulations change frequently, and updates or recommendations may not immediately reflect all legal developments, local requirements, or industry-specific obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonaparte Consulting, LLC and Bonaparte Compliance Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on generated materials.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, implementing, and maintaining all policies, handbooks, procedures, and compliance practices generated or managed through the Platform.

9. Professional review recommended

Users are encouraged to seek review from qualified legal, HR, tax, or compliance professionals before implementing generated materials within their organization.
